Billing terms
- The twelve-week cohort is a single payment. It does not renew.
- Auction Lens is sold as 30 days or one year of access, each paid once through Whop. Neither renews automatically.
- Auction Lens refunds can be requested within 3 days of a payment; after that, the payment is non-refundable.
- We do not offer financing or buy-now-pay-later.

Common questions
Is there a paid membership?
No. There was a Premium membership and it has been withdrawn. There is the free research library and the free community, the twelve-week cohort, and private coaching. Software, such as Auction Lens, is sold separately and is not a membership.
Can I cancel?
Nothing we sell renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. The cohort is a single payment. Auction Lens is 30 days or one year of access, each paid once; when the period ends, access ends. Auction Lens refunds can be requested within 3 days of a payment, and a refund ends access immediately.
Do I have to apply?
You can — the twelve-week cohort is bought directly. Choose an intake and a schedule and pay for it. Private coaching is the one that is by application, because it is scoped on a call before anything is agreed.
