Kernwell Systems is a Texas, United States financial research and technology company. We produce quantitative research, build standardized market-analysis software, and run structured educational programs for independent market participants.

Show the method
A claim you cannot inspect is not research. We publish assumptions, data, and the conditions under which an approach stops working — including when that is inconvenient for us.
Standardized, not personalized
Everyone receives the same research and the same software output. We do not tailor analysis to anyone's account, finances, or positions, and we do not want to.
Sell the work, not an outcome
We sell research, systems, and instruction. We do not sell income, funding, or a lifestyle, and we do not present results as something you should expect.
Independence is the goal
The point of the education is that you stop needing it. A student who leaves with a documented process they can defend is the outcome we are building for.
Founder
Founded on a narrow idea
That the useful part of market work is the method, and the method should be written down where it can be checked. Most of what circulates in this field cannot be checked. That is the gap Kernwell Systems was built to close.
The company is founder-led today, but it is not a personal brand. The research, the software, and the curriculum are meant to outlast any one person’s involvement in them.
