Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Premium membership and software subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. The price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before you complete checkout.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated.
Price changes. We will give notice before a price change takes effect for your subscription.
Educational programs
Program tuition is a one-time payment made after your application has been accepted and you have received a private checkout link.
The following are the intended commercial terms and are subject to counsel review and to the Mentorship Terms:
- Before the cohort begins: tuition is refundable up to a defined cut-off before the cohort start date.
- After the cohort begins: tuition is generally non-refundable, because cohort places are capped and an accepted place removes a seat another applicant could have taken.
- Cohort transfer: a request to move to a later cohort may be accommodated where a place is available.
- If we cancel or reschedule a cohort: you may transfer to another cohort or receive a refund.
DRAFT NOTE FOR COUNSEL: the specific cut-off periods, refund percentages, and whether any statutory cooling-off or state career-school refund requirements apply must be determined by counsel. Texas career-school rules may prescribe a mandatory refund schedule for certain programs.
Lifetime Premium
Where an educational program includes Lifetime Premium membership, that membership is an entitlement granted on enrollment. It is not a subscription, is not billed, and does not lapse if you later cancel a paid subscription.

Refund requests should be sent to the contact address published on our website from the email address associated with your account.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We would rather resolve it directly than through your card issuer.
