Refund and Cancellation Policy

Software: Kernwell Auction Lens
Auction Lens is sold as fixed periods of access, each paid once:
- Monthly: 30 days of access.
- Annual: one year of access, paid upfront.
Both include the same features. Purchases are processed by Whop.
No automatic renewal. Neither plan renews or charges you again. When your period ends, access ends; to continue, you buy another period.
Refunds. You may request a refund within 3 days of a payment. After 3 days, that payment is non-refundable. This applies to each purchase separately, including each monthly purchase and the annual purchase. If a payment is refunded, access to the indicator ends immediately.
Access. Access is granted manually to the TradingView username you give at checkout, so it is not instant.
DRAFT NOTE FOR COUNSEL: the 3-day window and no-auto-renewal model were set by the business on 2026-10-04. Please confirm the wording, how the window is counted (calendar days from the payment timestamp), consumer-law requirements in the states and countries Whop sells into, and how this interacts with Whop's own refund handling. Decided by the business: a refund ends access immediately.
Software: Market Analysis Suite
The Market Analysis Suite is not on sale. Its billing and refund terms will be set out here before it is.
Educational programs
Program tuition is a one-time payment made after your application has been accepted and you have received a private checkout link.
The following are the intended commercial terms and are subject to counsel review and to the Mentorship Terms:
- Before the cohort begins: tuition is refundable up to a defined cut-off before the cohort start date.
- After the cohort begins: tuition is generally non-refundable, because cohort places are capped and an accepted place removes a seat another applicant could have taken.
- Cohort transfer: a request to move to a later cohort may be accommodated where a place is available.
- If we cancel or reschedule a cohort: you may transfer to another cohort or receive a refund.
DRAFT NOTE FOR COUNSEL: the specific cut-off periods, refund percentages, and whether any statutory cooling-off or state career-school refund requirements apply must be determined by counsel. Texas career-school rules may prescribe a mandatory refund schedule for certain programs.
Continuing program access
Where an educational program includes permanent access to its material and channels, that access is an entitlement granted on enrollment. It is not a subscription, is not billed, and does not lapse.

Refund requests should be sent to the contact address published on our website from the email address associated with your account.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We would rather resolve it directly than through your card issuer.
