Draft — counsel review required
This document is a working draft prepared as a starting point for review by qualified U.S. counsel. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney, it is not legal advice, and it is not yet in force. Do not rely on it.
Licence
Subject to your subscription remaining in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the market-analysis software for your own analysis.
Standardized product
The software is standardized. Every subscriber receives the same product and the same underlying output logic. It is not configured for, and does not account for, any individual's account size, financial circumstances, positions, or risk tolerance.
The software is an analysis tool. It does not tell any individual what to trade, how much to trade, when to trade, or where to place a stop, and its output is not a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
What you may not do
- share, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software or your access
- publish, stream, or record its output for others
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its logic
- use it to operate a signal service or advisory business
Delivery and access
Where the software is delivered through a third-party charting platform, access is granted to the platform username you supply. Access is granted after your subscription is confirmed and is revoked when it ends.
No guarantee of results
We make no representation that the software will be profitable, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. See the Risk Disclosure.
Changes
We may update the software. Where a change materially alters its output logic, we will describe the change.
Termination
Access ends when your subscription ends. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
